Your building's exterior is the first thing customers see before they walk in. We keep storefronts, parking lots, walkways, and service areas clean — on a schedule that works for your business.
Everything we clean for commercial properties.
One crew, one call, everything your property needs. We work around your operating hours — early mornings, weekends, or after close.
Storefront Cleaning
Glass, aluminum framing, entrance mats, awnings, and the sidewalk directly in front of your door. This is your customer's first physical impression — it should be spotless. We use low-pressure wash methods safe for all storefront materials.
Parking Lots
Hot-water surface cleaners covering 24" per pass remove oil stains, tire marks, gum, and years of embedded grime from asphalt and concrete. A clean parking lot signals a well-managed business. Includes line-stripe-safe cleaning that won't lift or fade parking lines.
Sidewalks & Walkways
We clean the full pedestrian path — entrance walkways, connecting sidewalks, and courtyard pavers. Removes blackened gum spots, algae in shaded areas, and winter salt residue that etches into concrete over time.
Dumpster & Loading Areas
The part of your property customers rarely see — but your staff and health inspector do. We degrease and wash dumpster pads, loading bays, and service corridors. Hot-water extraction lifts oils and organic waste that cold water can't move.
Building Exteriors
Multi-storey or single-level — soft wash for siding, brick, stucco, EIFS, and precast panels. We use a lift or extension wand for hard-to-reach areas. Streak-free and no water intrusion into the building envelope.
Drive-Thru Lanes
Oil drips, tire rubber, food debris, and salt accumulation. A clean drive-thru lane reduces slip hazards and presents a cleaner brand image from the exact angle customers spend 3–5 minutes staring at your building.
Built around your business, not the other way around.
We know commercial cleaning isn't residential cleaning scaled up. You need after-hours availability. You need consistent quality visit after visit. You need insurance certificates on file, WSIB clearance, and a crew that doesn't disrupt your operation.
We provide all of that. Same crew every visit — so they learn your property's trouble spots. Scheduled recurring service at whatever interval you need. Full documentation for property management and health-and-safety compliance. And we answer the phone when you call.

Common questions from commercial clients.
Can you work around our business hours?+
Yes — this is standard for us. We schedule commercial work for early mornings (before open), evenings (after close), or weekends. We let you know exactly when we'll be on site and confirm completion when we leave. You don't need to be present.
Do you offer recurring commercial contracts?+
Yes. Most commercial clients choose a recurring schedule — weekly storefront cleaning, monthly parking lot maintenance, or seasonal building washes. We can set up a fixed schedule or call you when your property is due. No long-term lock-in contracts.
Are you insured for commercial properties?+
Yes. We carry full commercial general liability insurance and WSIB coverage. We provide certificates of insurance with your property or property manager named as an additional insured — standard for any commercial lease or property management agreement. Documents are sent before we start work.
What's the minimum notice for a one-time commercial clean?+
For small jobs (storefront, walkway), we can often schedule within 3–5 business days. For larger properties (full parking lot, multi-building exteriors), 1–2 weeks' notice is ideal so we can plan equipment, crew, and after-hours access. Emergency cleans (oil spills, event preparation) — call us directly and we'll do our best to fit you in.
A cleaner property starts with one call.
