Why I Started Capital Estate Exteriors.
I didn't start Capital Estate Exteriors because I wanted another construction company. I started it because I was tired of watching beautiful homes get treated like just another job.
For over three decades, I managed and worked alongside some of the best tradespeople in the country. The homes were exceptional, but what always stood out to me wasn't the craftsmanship, it was the trust homeowners placed in the people working on their property.
Somewhere along the way, our industry became focused on speed instead of standards. Calls weren't returned. Crews rushed jobs. Details were overlooked.
I believed homeowners deserved better.
